In order to reach climate-neutrality by 2050, the EU needs to maximise the usage of reneawble energy. The workshop will focus on how actors can change towards renewable energy under artic conditions as a result of financial actions by the European Regional Development Fund. In particular, examples on solar power will be discussed.
