This seminar explores the role of regional cooperation in fostering resilience through digital infrastructure, energy capacity, accessibility, and trust. With increasing focus on green industrial growth and Arctic Europe's strategic value, joint priorities around infrastructure, financing, and east–west connectivity are more crucial than ever. What should be the North Calotte Council’s key messages to the EU? And how can the region better contribute to competitiveness, the green transition, and the EU single market in a new European and global landscape.
